Last night Jeni and I hosted a dinner for three of my old middle and high school friends, Kathy Whiting (Dixon), Tali Landry (Thompson) and Cherelyn Marley (Linde). It was such a fun evening reminiscing about middle school and high school and catching up with what we're all doing now. We even pulled out the old Tyee and Newport yearbooks. It was amazing to me that after 20 years, we could pick up right where we left off as if we had seen each other just last week.
"The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow separately without growing apart." (Elisabeth Foley)
Thanks Kathy, Tali and Cherelyn for a wonderful night.
