Last night I spent a few hours guiding Maddy and her Beehive group from Church through the steps of making both pasta and meatballs from scratch. Teaching a cooking class for thirteen 12-13 year old girls made for a very active and fun evening. We started with each of them making their own dough (1/2 cup flour, 1 egg), then they made the meatballs and the sauce, and then rolled, cut and cooked the pasta. It tasted great and I used the same recipe I posted a short time ago. Thanks Kim, Angela and Rhonda for all of your help! Below are pictures from the evening.
